Any chance of getting a Levitatehover spell?

There was a levitate spell in morrowind, but to not break the game or access restricted areas limit the height to a similar or the same height as the vampire lord hover distance from the ground..

-used as an alteration spell
-You could hold it down like a trigger (for consoles) have it drain magic slowly like detect life/telekinesis.
-Make you move faster like a run speed or horse run speed even without using up stamina.
-since mages cannot cast from horseback this would give them the ability to move more quickly, let go of the spell, land then use magic more quickly than dismounting a horse.
-making a highly magic oriented character usually means a low stamina pool, so slowing down often. or having to use healing spells with the regenerate stamina perk in restoration while on foot.
-it would look cool and make you feel more like a powerful mage if that's what you are focusing on.
-move quickly over water.

Spoiler
Vampire lords in Dawnguard have a similar power

This topic is better than most because it has limits that won't break the boundaries. This sounds plausible.

There's rare spell called Telekinesis. It svcks A LOT of mana but it's very, very useful.

There will be no levitate spell as long as cities continue to be in their own world spaces.

I basically would like a vampire lords hover ability to be available as a spell, you would not be able to cast spells while using it, or fly onto towers or to non accessible areas. just faster foot travel. It's basically already in the game, this would just be a variation of it that could be used in normal form.

I tend to agree with this.
If cities keep have their own cell, then levitate spell would be less useful.

This.

Also, might be possible that the spell was banned in the game world due to how much cheating in sports could be done. Hehe.

I don't think some of you are getting what I mean.
Vampire lord in dawnguard can go from hovering to walking. I'm suggesting they make the hovering/levitate ability he has into a spell while in a normal form. So you could move faster and consume magic instead of stamina to travel faster on foot. Which would help out mages who don't put many points in stamina. It has nothing to do with cheating at the game or getting into restricted areas. It's already in the game basically in Dawnguard just in an alternate form.
