Any DLC planned?

Title says it all, has Arkane talked about plans about DLC?

I'm sorry, did I miss something? Did the game come out already? Seems to me the game would need to be released first, and I could have my dates all mixed up but I thought the game was coming out tomorrow. But I could be wrong.

Also - and this is simple curiosity on my part - have there been any developers who talk about DLC before a game actually launches, or even within, say, seven days of launch? Just curious.

There's a DLC pop up at the main menu though I think this is just for the store pre-order bonuses so far.

Well if you look at TotalBiscuit's video on the main menu it has "Downloadable Content" whether this is only for the preorder packs or for the future, we shall see.

Ah that seems to answer my question, more likely there will be DLC.

Seems more like a "release and see how it goes" approach to DLC rather than immediately releasing DLC already on the disk.

Epic already announced and sold the season pass for DLC prior to Gears of War 3's release.

Well there's the http://www.kotaku.com.au/2012/10/assassins-creed-iii-season-pass-adds-alternate-history-campaign/ for Assassin's Creed 3, and when they showed Splinter Cell: Blacklist at E3 2012, http://gameshotpedia.com/e3-2012-dlc-filter-blacklist-splinter-cell-in-an-image/, before a release date had even been announced for the game. Also there's numerous games that sell season passes for future DLC at, or even before, release.

Okie dokie then, I had no idea that there were devs who were already disclosing DLC before the main game. Learn something new every day :)
