Any good mods for more 'low fantasy' Skyrim?

If you're anything like me, you like the lower levels of Skyrim better. Using good ole' steel, fighting bandits rather than dragons, stealing from shops, carrying out bounties, generally avoiding the main quest. Any advice for keeping it that way? Already got Live Another Life and Deadly Combat, and a plethora of others.

It might be translated as shameless plugging, but you might like my mod here:

I've added a bunch of new weapons to the game, but they're all based on real blades or lore friendly blades, and I distribute them amongst all the NPCs that fit: Guards, Bandits, Draugr, Skeletons, Jarls, etc. Maybe you'll like it.

*http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3562 lets you take/sell, steal/fence, grab, drop, horde, or decorate with 87 pre-existing Skyrim items that normally cannot be interacted with, allowing one to do fantastic (or not so fantastic in this case) things like picking up forks and hoes. Not sure if it's a match for what you're after, but it's the closest thing to a realism mod I've made so far...

*If interested, grab the ONAM version for preventative maintenance.

http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/1102-no-starting-spells/, like its equivalent for Oblivion, is a "must have", for me. I do not like being stuck with spells to begin with, even if you happen to playing a pure warrior, pure rogue, or something else "non-mage". There is another mod that allows different starting spells, which might be nice for mage types, though I have not tried it.

You might find a crafting mod or two helps this style of play. I do! Mods that provide more perks, partly or entirely of the non-magical varieties, are also good.

As for dragons, I like Deadly Dragons. Not that I try to find them all the time, but if they do crop up, I would rather they be a more of a challenge, and so on.

I am still discovering many mods, so if I find more, or remember more names, I will post them here, in the hope that they are useful.

I'm not sure this is precisely what you're looking for but I'll mention it anyway. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12436 by Malzen expands greatly on the Forsworn portion of the game.

Sounds good but my god that description is hard to read.

Is there a mod out there that delays the progression of items in leveled lists?
