Any good performance enchancing mods yet?

Like Fallout/Oblivion Stutter Remover? I am coming back after a year of waiting for mods to develop and I still can't seem to find any decent performance enhancing mods WITHOUT degrading the graphics quality or conflicting with ENB mods.

I tried Hialgo Boost but it did not work as intended.

Can that be used with the unofficial patch?

Can that be used with the unofficial patch?

Some things from this were not cowered by the USKP or badly implemented. I saw a diffrence and a quote from the mod author:

"Some of the optional files are for people wanting only some of the funcitonalities. There are also outdated fixes that does add some flavor, but aren't needed anymore.

I'm not sure if using USKP you'll need to use this mod. They have added and removed some features in common in past times. Not sure what they cover in this momment.

The only feature I know for sure they didn't include is avoiding the reanimated corpses to crumble to ashes. They didn't consider it a bug . It's one of those features I mentioned not being needed anymore, in this case as I found the way to remove the ashes, but I found the crumbling to ashes a terrible develop decission, so I maintained that part in the main file. It's easilly removed by not using the reanimateashpile.pex file anyway (you could also use only that and ditch the rest of the mod. Everithing is optional here)."
