No cheat engine.
An actual trainer/cheat that has godmode and unlimited ammo.

I don't know how, but you can turn Cheat Engine into a Trainer. You can always check, Gamecopyworld.com. But I never found a trainer that works on steam games, so I gave up on them all together. Cheat Engine is all I need when I feel like cheating.

I get all my trainers on CheatHappens but you need membership there. It's not expensive and the trainers are really good quality, lots of options and quickly updated after a new patch. They often have trainers specifically for Steam versions as well as the retail versions, and when there isn't a Steam version available the retail version of the trainer often works just as well. They also all come with customizable buttons. Well worth the membership imho. The Dishonored trainer has unlimited health, spirit and ammo, no reload, add coins, add runes and a bunch of other options; lots of fun for when you've already finished the game or just want to cause some chaos Or just want to... well... win by cheating.

I already spent 60$ dollars.
Any other suggestions? Ill keep this as a last resort.

Not that I know of, sorry. I'd share you my trainer but every trainer is encrypted and by sharing it I risk losing my membership. It's a one time 70$ for a LIFE TIME full membership and considering how much you get for 70 bucks, if you're a gamer who uses trainers often I'd say it's cheap.

you can search one for yourself you know, not that hard. I even found some trainers from cheathappens in the past it being a paid site and all "cheaters" everywhere lol
