Any idea when the NDA will be lifted?

Couldn't find anything on this maybe because nothing has been said. Anyone know anything about the date they will lift the NDA? Or at least when a good time range to expect it for a game like this will be? Thanks

Probably when open starts like in 2014 sometime.
