Any .ini setting to control shrubbery fade?

Its apparently not tied into the tree or grass variables. Anyone know?

its actually at 20. Example here is I'm standing by the Whiterun stables on top of the walls there looking down at it... And theres those bright green shrubs.. they probably fade out at least half of the distance that the grass does. it looks like only about 50 in game feet is their pop limit.

Nah its not those settings, i just increased mine and it doesnt affect shrubbery.
