Any point in speccing 1h, 2h and block?

I'm making a warrior with heavy armor and I want him to become more powerful than we can possibly imagine.

I want to swing away with 2h weapons, but want to be able to bring out a 1h and shield (spellbreaker) when things get rough. Is this viable? I also want some resto - will this make me mediocre in combat, armor and healing since I'm sprouting perks everywhere?

What I mean is that Skyrim offers up a whole world of imagination. There are no two ways to play the game, no rules or stereotypes. Be who you want and just enjoy it, inovate dont duplicate.

What's a "pek" calculator?

The OP asked for advice on making a warrior build that used a particular set of skills. I linked the OP to a tool that can help him or her do just that. I also created a build that he can possibly use as a template for his or her own character.

And this is rich coming from someone who wrote that Nord Mages are a contradiction.

Sorry I missed out a letter in "perk" and wrote "pek". Apologies for any confusion.
