Any problems with the vampire lord you wish were fixed?

Would like to know if you would like to see something changed to make it better or if there is something plain out wrong with the feature that needs to be fixed.

I want the eyes fixed, I miss the old eyes. Maybe add a vampire-face change with a new vampiric NPC. Also, the fourth stage attacks needs to return. The game would be too damn easy if people didn't attack you from time to time. It wouldn't be a problem as it was before conidering we have tons of blood bottles and new feeding animations.

I wish they were radically different from the vanilla vampires.

I wish they weren't Volkihar (or at least explained why they weren't like they were reported to be).

I wish they didn't follow this completely asinine backwards feeding mechanic. I can accept it with the Cyrodiilic strain, but they were a special case. It doesn't make sense to encourage players not to feed with any other vampires.

I wish they could use the makeover person.

I wish they took sun damage so they actually had incentive to blot it out.

I wish the Cyrodiilic Strain had their own questline.

Order Vampyrum vs Volkihar vs Dawnguard. A match for the eons!

Oh, gods yes. That's the biggest mistake of this DLC. Making Vanilla Vampires the same as the new ones sans VL form removed any reason for them to exist at all. If they were Cyrodiilic Strain and you could go against both the Dawnguard and "Volkihar" it'd be great. As it is they're pretty much useless.

I was so disappointed when the "Overhaul" the vampires got turned out to be nerfing weaknesses and removing any reason to want to play as them.

Really, I only want two things.

1) Shorter vampire animation. Keep it the way it is for the first time the player switches forms (to and from), but afterward a shorter animation would be much appreciated.

2) Turning into bats should allow you to walk through areas where the VL is currently too large to fit through.
It's kind of silly that a swarm of bats can't pass under a low ceiling.

Upgraded appearance as you unlock more perks. Being able to look as badass as Harkon with an epic cape and jewelery would make me happy :D
I'd also like to see this for werewolves. Would anybody else like charging into battle as an armored beast?

This isn't really problem but I don't see why as a vampire lord you can't pick ingredients and loot corpses. I mean you are not feral or anything, you are in complete control . The constant shifting back and forth gets a little old when I just want to glide through the woods as a vamp lord for a while. Its not a make or break thing for me, just curious why as a vamp lord I have less control over basic stuff like looting or picking up a book.

Speaking of which, I am playing as a werewolf right now on my new character. DO passive bonuses pass over when you transform? Like Lord Stone and agent of Mara? I have all the perks maxed and my offensive power is top notch, but on master difficulty even with 600 health I get slaughtered by mages and archers. Melee is easy to deal with though they run right at you then you just ragdoll them and don't let them get up.

So THAT'S why...huh. I knew it was doing less and less damage, and not just against dawnguard armor either.
Anyway see my thread "Revert Form killed me!!" for all the details on what I want fixed.

I wish they took sun damage so they actually had incentive to blot it out.

When I played as a Vampire Lord, the sun didn't allow me to regen health, stamina or mana. I found in my Vampire Lord form that I was running out of mana. That's a cost. And an incentive.

This isn't really problem but I don't see why as a vampire lord you can't pick ingredients and loot corpses. I mean you are not feral or anything, you are in complete control . The constant shifting back and forth gets a little old when I just want to glide through the woods as a vamp lord for a while. Vampire Lords have hands. I wish I could loot corpses as well. I mean I can open a door as a Vampire Lord, so why can't I pick stuff up?

Also I'd like VL to be able to fit through low ceilings and doorways and stuff.

I would say I want vampiric grip to actually do choke damage like it says its supposed to, but I think we all know that spell doesn't need to be fixed
Oh yeah, also, did anyone else notice what happens when you try to cross running water (or any body of water, still or not) as a vampire lord?
I'm Geee-zus!!
Problem?

I kind of hate that line that goes from my chin to the tip of my nose, and maybe the option to toggle sun damage on or of for people who want an extra challenge or who enjoy roleplaying the vampire, as opposed to the sun only weakening you.

p.s and bethesda, i don't compain often but please fix vingalmo's quests soon
