Any support type skill trees for a support based character development??

Just wondering about this as all the information i have heard about is based on either damage or healing, very little info on crowd control / group buffs and that Enchanter / Bard style of play. I know there was plenty of those skills in prior elder scrolls games but havent heard a peep about any of that for ESO? Anyone have any info or thoughts?
