The title says it all, is there any way of making beds unowned via console because even if I kill a bed owner, the bed status most of the times doesn't change or even if it does, then I can't sleep in the house because I'm trespassing?!

In oblivion used to be setownership. I didn't try it yet. You can try or type help owner 0 in console.
