will there be attributes and classes?

what skills are in? how is leveling up like? point distribution based or use-based like in TES?

There are classes and an exp-based leveling system. That aside, we know next to nothing.

Early reports say there will be set classes like other MMOs. Leveling up will be like other MMOs. You kill monsters and complete quests and are rewarded with experience points. Once you get enough experience points you will level up.
