Anyone Else Having This Problem?..

Post » Tue Jan 11, 2011 11:22 am

I dont know about you guys, but in the last week I havent even thought about touching my video games. I am honestly beginnning to think that I will not really want to play a game until New Vegas comes out. Anyone else been unenthusiastic twords games lately, because they want New Vegas, and nothing else will do? :fallout:

Funny, I've been playing it this week and the more I play, the more I want Fallout: New Vegas to arrive.

Bad Company 2 and Just Cause 2 are working for me right now, but by the powers that be, we need Vegas.

No. While New Vegas is new (hehe), old games are always there for me to turn to.

The poll options made me giggle. Heh ha.

I've kinda passed the excitement thing and lapsed into a sort of 'when it gets it gets here'. Even on release I'm leaving it a few days until I get some feedback on how it runs, whether its buggy, whether a certain few thousand will have issues while a few thousand don't. Guy in Gamestation asked me if I was looking forward to anything coming out when I went in to buy a few copies of Wolfenstein to spread the love (Tenner a copy new! How can you NOT buy that for those you love, on a whim?) I said Vegas, he asked if I wanted to pre-order it. I said, "No." He asked why and I said search the internet for Fallout 3 bugs and check the dates, and see the many of thousands of posts around its release. For a great time Google Fallout 3 CTDs.

Nope, I am playing Mafia 2 right now and enjoy it very much.

Picking it today up when the sun rises and the day begins for the normal folk who set their lives by the watch. I'd go buy it now if it wasn't a bank holiday and the 24/7's were still open, and if the big super markets actually still stocked PC games! :stare: Not getting it for console, s'too spensive!

Not at all. FO:NV is just another game that I'll buy. A good game, but not the only game.

I've kind of been wanting to play Fallout 3 again before New Vegas comes out. I want to try playing a melée character again before I try it on my second playthrough of New Vegas.

Doesn't help that there isn't anything good being released right now. A month till Dead Rising though... That oughta hold me till October. Until Sept 28, I have a season of Breaking Bad and Nurse Jackie to entertain me.

Nope.. I started playing F3 a few months ago to bide my time.. but once I got to level 30 and maxed out my characters stats I got bored with it and kind of quit playing.. I'm just watching dumb movies and t.v. to bide my time now.

As much as I want to play NV, I still have Fallout 3, Mass Effect (first time through), and real life that will keep me busy. Once NV comes out though, I am sure that no other game will exist to me until Portal 2 comes out.

I've got MW2 online for the moment, but New Vegas has completely ruined Fallout 3 for me. FO3 just seems so... terrible and below par after all the things I've seen so far of New Vegas. The fact that I've svcked all possible energy out of the game doesn't help either.
