I do not play video games very often at all. On average, there are one or two evenings a week in which I will spend a two hours session of playing one of the following games; Europa Universalis III Complete, Minecraft, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Civilization IV Beyond the Sword, or Mount & Blade (usually with the 1866 Western Mod, I had helped make it at some point). There don't seem to be that many games I rotate between, and since 2010 it has roughly been the same rotation of several games I go between. I am too busy to be spending as much time as I am getting the impression many do with games here. I've got things to do, places to go, and people to meet. I would like to be able to play games more often, too, but my lifestyle demands that I focus much attention to work. Right now, as per the poll, I would consider myself to play infrequently.
