anyone else miss the lesser daedra

skyrim feels empty without scamps and clannifers, not to mention the occasional crocodile-man to scare the [censored] out of you...

Will never forget a scamp attack in the Great Forest. Dead before I knew what hit me. Have enough trouble w/ eyes on the sky...no scamps, please.

At least we have Dremora. A game may only wield the name "Elder Scrolls" if it has mudcrabs and dremora.

Yes, I do miss them. I hope more of them are introduced in DLC, Daedra is an important part of TES for me.

They're missed slightly by me, but the gates are closed so I don't expect to see them

We still have atronachs so I'm not that bothered, besides it wouldn't make sense if they could still wander around after the events of the Oblivion crisis

I miss everything they 've taken out from goblins and cliff racers to netches and dreughs. And the daedra. I'm not sure if it was a mod or not but Oblivion had several different types of humanoid daedra along with the spiders, clannifers, ccamps, daedroths et al.
If heartfire is about conjuring and magic there's a chance some of them will come back... One can hope.

It makes perfect sense that there would still be some daedra left after the events of Oblivion. Say some hid away in a couple of dungeons and went undiscovered for 200 years. This would give Beth a reason to have a couple of daedra dungeons in the game.

And cheese.

I miss hungers. They were quick and strong, with the power to paralyze you. But I can't say I'd want them in Skyrim - as a summoned creature, sure, occasional wild clannfear or scamp, but not as common as they were in Morrowind. It wouldn't fit the setting. I can imagine Dunmeri wizards summoning multiple daedra and losing control, or even getting killed, which allows theyir summons to roam the wilderness. Skyrim, however, has few mages and they're not exactly fond of conjuration.

I'd imagine that if I were faced with the prospect of a dragon invasion in my homeland and am living in the isolated backwoods/cave/ruined tomb, I would consider getting something in the way of proper defense. Really dangerous defense that can be tapped into multiple times. That would be Daedra. With all of the things that the Daedra lords can do in the game(creating teleports, summoning, and even the 4 Dremora of Mehrunes Dagon), it would stand to reason that we can bring Daedra in on a permanent basis(plus the Atronarch Forge and the Daedric hand under Winterhold).

So where did all the old kinds go? An Ogrim would be cool to see, Golden Saints in the image of Valkryies makes for awesome, Scamps of course, Hungers, I'd also settle for a Daedroth in the image from Morrowind, not the T-Rex from Oblivion. I'd also imagine that some Daedra are either coming out of the ruins of Vvardenfel and following the migrants to the west, or, quite simply the gods pick this of all times to harass the races of Man and Mer with more Daedra.

Either way, I want more Daedra. I wanted More Daedra, that or someone to make a proper, lore-friendly Daedra monster pack.

I miss all the lesser Daedra. I love the Dunmer, so the Daedric Princes and their minions hold a very special place in my heart.
Though what the ones I miss most are Clannfear. Those little guys were epic, meat-seeking missiles of death.

If Bethesda sticking with tradition and releasing a Daedra-themed DLC as the second DLC, then
we're in for some more Deadra in the near future.

I don't know if I actually miss them (though I did like the Xivilai and the Golden Saints quite a bit), but Skyrim does seem to have less exotic monsters than previous games.

I miss them as well, the Oblivion gates being gone and the Vigilants being around doesn't mean they're not going to be around, its like people miss the fact that Daedra were in abundance even prior to Oblivion, I mean...Arena/Daggerfall/Morrowind? there isn't much reason for them to not be around at all.

They're sorely missed. Not least because creating them for mods, of vanilla or higher quality, would require a lot of effort by a very skilled game artist.

Here's hoping for some Daedra-centric DLC!

I want to see enemy conjurers summon lesser daedra and so on. I would also like to see daedra and dremora in caves etc.
