When the game first came out I had no issues with dragons not attacking they all did but after the 1st patch that fixed the dragons not attacking glitch I've had dragons not attack and it happens all the time the total opposite to what that first patch was meant to do.

Anybody else have this? I'm on 360 if that makes any difference

Some dragons attack me. Other dragons fly around and go away unless I chase them down. I think it's the way it's supposed to be.

But perhaps you are talking about a different problem.

Not all dragons are hostile, particularly with random dragon sightings. If a dragon is a non-hostile spawn he won't attack you. Maybe if you chase him down and provoke him he will, but if you leave him be he'll just return the favor.

On my 360 it was like this as well. Some dragons that were just doing fly-overs won't attack. I'm quite happy with this. I would be quite annoyed if every dragon just focused right on me. There are many animals and other things that should take it's attention. And it shouldn't spot me every time.

I play on a PC, and not all dragons attack. However, once, outside Whiterun, heading north along the road east of the city, this dragon was flying lazy circles above me, and seemed to be following me. I kept stopping and watching, but he'd just fly by, turn and fly back overhead. This went on til I convinced myself he wasn't hostile, so I resumed my trek.

And then he svcker-punched me from behind! Heh, sneaky lizard.
