YO ANYONE FROM CRYTEK!!: New 3mb 360 update 31/03/2011

Post » Wed Dec 16, 2009 10:56 am

Hoping someone from the Crytek team...can let us know what, if anything this new update the 360 just recieved was and is designed to do

Really hate silent updates and not knowing what they are supposed to be helping with

So please, a quick explanation even if its just "to make cars look shinier" for example would stop people expecting a whole bunch of fixes that wasnt in the update

Thanks

I'm guessing it's just a SP fix.

Frankly my interest in this game is taking a real hit every time I play it. Winning or losing is one thing, but putting up with the most random gameplay is just ridiculous. It's just unplayable unless you enjoy simple minded running around and going 'peow peow'. There's no other way to play this game; it just doesn't work properly.

I played a 3DS yesterday, a buddy at work had one, played Face Raiders... and it seriously impressed me. i generally **** hate nintendo, but for the 5 mins i had with one yesterday playing that simple game i was really impressed with the machine.

And besides that im sure details will be out later today. didnt check my MP to see if anything reset yet. hope not.

LOL I am very charming...but this guy has history of just being negative to every game he plays, on the uk OXF he just moans and whines and here he is again, days of not liking the game for its problems and hes still posting away with negativity

The dude needs to stop gaming if its such a misery for him and posting in every thread he can why he doesnt like the game...hes just not happy waking up everyday...period!

Have checked all gun and module stats

For me, only the Retrieval one has "reset" back to 0 on stage 1.....a tad random but if that was reset lucky nothing else way, kinda lends me to thinking the patch or some of it was MP related....but no real sign of any major fixes

I think the update made this one player invicible. I played with a 50 this morning for four matches, and he never died once.

First match on Terminal 15-0, second match Wall Street 17-0, third match Evac Zone 24-0, fourth match City Hall 18-0. These were back to back.

This guy must play too much.

He had a three bar connection all four matches I played with him. I think he might played way too often.

He didn't camp either. Whenever he was on my team, I would look at his game from my respawn and he was constantly moving. Sliding, ducking, cloaking, armoring up. It was crazy.

Most of you here a nuts! With any luck the patch was to fix host selection SP is fine.MP needs work FIRST!!! Gun balance and game balance can only be fix after the lag or host is fixed. How do you what is OP or not with out a stable game first. DO any of you remember IW first console game was like the first month(COD2). It was much worst then this game. example sniper one shot in the foot dead! LAG! etc. Give CRYTEK a break!

Hey guys, no patch notes were released on this as it was a fairly small patch to resolve some more 'behind the scenes' problems. When there are some significant updates to issues raised in this forum we'll be sure to post them.

Well this behind the scenes update has reset peoples, including my own Retrieval module....so, theres a nice little bug you missed

It would be nice to see some more of you and your teams feedback on issues being raised, everyone is shouting about the same things but nothing is acknowledged

As requested before, can you team at least post a list of priority fixes you are looking at first, or at least an acknowlegement of some of the issues being raised rather then a "we are reading you feedback, nothing to say at this time" generic answer

So what are you doing about the fundamental problems with the game online? There's always something to update us about, even if it's just to say 'we aren't working on it'. At least tell us what's happening, your game is unplayable.
