Anyone get the feeling that we ARE the new beta testers?

Does anyone else get the feeling that we xbox users are now the new beta testers for this DLC?

So many bigs, so many missing quest dialouges, so many glitched character models or unessessesary essential tags (Isran remains essential if you sided with the vampies and wanted to wipe out fort dawnguard; everyone else could be killed, just not him...he needs to die if you sided with Harkon, as it makes sense, roleplay wise.)

I do hope bethesda can patch this DLC; I don't see why they can't, it's easy, make it so if you have Dawnguard installed, once the game is loaded, it loads the DLC too, right? well, it would then check to see if the downloade addons have any recent alterations, if one or more does have a updated version, it will then install the patch and not intefere with any 'vanillia' Skyrim or it's own independant patches.

Well I wonder how well Bethesda will be able to patch the DLC for us considering they don't patch DLCs. Also, some things like the Windhelm murder quest are still glitched, and if they can't fix that, I don't know how they will be able to fix some bugs for Xbox users without having us having to completely re-download a new DLC pack. I really wonder if they are freaking out over how many people are having bugs and hating the DLC, or if they are just laughing with all the money they are making as they don't seem too caring (or are too shocked) since they have not released anything to the public.

I have a good feeling Bethesda will patch this DLC. Especially when considering that it has it's own hardware and software support forum. Not to mention other DLC like the Shivering Isles, Bloodmoon and Tribunal were all given patches.

No.

Because if this was a beta then we could look forward to a final gold version where all the issues have been worked out.

We ain't getting that, this is it... and we'll be very very lucky if any kind of patch or fix is ever done for Dawnguard but certainly don't hold your breath, I'm sorry to say that's the reality of the situation... released dlc getting patched is by all accounts incredibly rare.

Well I do think it's funny how no tester picked up on "new technology" I was in that damn cave for hours until I googled that the marker was in the wrong place, but besides that it ran smooth....from the dawnguard side anywayz
