That's not particularly weird. They do spawn outside of tombs.

Naked couriers, 'revellers' in the middle of no-where. prisoners who I free who then deicde use their hands to kill their captors instead of the ebony battle axe I just prised from the body of draugr, I love skyrim

The Redguard women talking to the the people trying to get her to go with them is sometimes naked. But this began with 1.6.

Do enemies not cleaning up since I installed Dawnguard count?

I go a 1000 gold bounty in riften, and it said i got it in white run. Oh yeah, i got someone to follow me to the ratway, and a guard entered the ratway AFTER i killed this guy in stealth, and said i had committed crimes against skyrim, remind anyone of the pychic guards?!

I've seen evidence of them being active in the wilderness (ancient nord weapons dropped at the scene of a skirmish etc) but I've never actually encountered one... glad to see my suspicions were correct though.

My weirdest moment was a guard raid on the cistern in Riften... I came in via the flagon to see about 5 guards just walking around while everyone else was in bed, they then proceeded to climb the ladder to the crypt entrance and leave... needless to say as guild master I was not impressed.

i had a dead dragon follow me for months.... it even followed me into whiterun. one time it started roaring and breathing fire even though it was dead xD

Also, one of the NPC's near the Whiterun stables had a clone of himself that was stuck into the ground. It looked like he had no legs. Both of them had the same name.

I once fast traveled to Solitude since I was over encumbered and two spiders, a draugr, and two chaurus reapers spawned in front of the Blue Palace.

If you're talking about the "Louis Letrush Bug" then yea I remember I had eight of them standing outside the Whiterun Stables and all of them were essential.

Walked out of the college and there was a dead ice wolf sticking halfway out of the ground right in front of the door. All I could see was it's rear end pointing straight up. Was pretty funny

I also had a wolf follow me to any city I fast traveled to. It would just stand there at the city gate, I fixed it by killing the mutt. I've also encountered strange enemies in Blackreach, a pair of trolls a wispmother and I even saw a giant. The oddest thing was I left Blackreach via an elevator and went right back and the entire place was light up like it was day time.

I've had Serana attack me after a battle - she may have taken a tad of friendly fire, i confess. I sheathed my weapons and she immediately reverted back to her lovely self. Anyone else... Aela will say "Watch it brother" but doesn't track you for instance.

I've had one or two forts revert back to bandit control after taking them over during the Civil War after installing Dawnguard.

This includes Hraggstad, which you have to clear out as part of the Legion initiation. Quite odd. :blink:

Had a forsworn ravager spawn in dragonsreach. also got attack by two werewolves in falkreath forest.

I was walking up to dawnstar past whiterun, when the dragon fight music started. Before I could look up to locate it, the bloody thing emerged from the ground in front of me, with a giant on it's back. The two of them flew off for a distance before the giant fell off and they started fighting. Best glitch I've ever seen, I sincerely hope it happens again one day

That... Sounds... Epic...

So picture this, a Cave Bear, a Sabertooth, two Draugr, a Forsworn, and a Thalmor Wizard decide it'd be a cool idea to attack Whiterun, where a powerful Necromancer (me) and a random member of the Dawnguard kill them all, the Dawnguard member thinking they're vampires. Yup, my game replaced Vampire attacks with the strangest coalition I have ever seen...

Walked into whiterun and everything was normal. Went to breezehome to find a master vampire in my bedroom. Walked back outside, vampires everywhere.

Recently I have been finding baskets of flowers in front of the gates of every city. Except Windhelm, they haven't shown up in Windhelm.
