Hey guys.

I was sitting in bed listening to the Happy Mondays on Spotify, talking to my girlfriend about the guy who introduced me to them. It's strange to think back that you guys weren't my real life friends. Does anyone know where Intravenus de Milo is? Is anyone still around from back then? Where was your life in 2005? Jeez, time flies.

I haven't been active on any forums in years. Migrated from here to Facepunch for a year or so then stopped doing anything but music sites.

EDIT: forums & new internet stuff is weird. Everything makes sense when it loads and is well-designed and stuff

I was eighteen, in college, hooked on Morrowind and working on a mod which I spent three months on and uploaded to PES in August of that year, shortly after I joined here.

I think in 2005 I was that 13-year-old online that people said "dude you sound like you're 12" to. The one that responded "NO! I'm 13!"

2005 I was 35 and still drinking and drugging (like an idiot). Fortunately before 2006 was over I had over 6 months clean and sober...now it's been slightly over six years. I wouldn't change where I am now, for where I was six years ago for the world, Life may not be as fun and carefree as it was, but I've got more money and I feel better too.
