Judging by the Draconian Madstone quest in Oblivion, I'd say there are lots of ogres in that general area.

Gonna guess there will be typical fauna like wolves, bears, boars and perhaps horkers.

As for monsters I guess draughs, frost-giants, trolls, ogres, typical undeads, some sort of goblin-like creatures, wargs and other high fantasy monsters.

Hopefully the Ice Vampires from that Hand to Hand skill book about different provinces vampires, can't remeber it's name off the top of my head.

Horkers! I love.

Probably some fauna from Bloodmoon, everything from spriggans to rieklings, ogres, maybe even cliffracers - though hopefully not as annoying.

I imagine we'll see the return of Solstheim's snow bears and snow wolves. Quite possibly horkers and bristlebacks too
