Anyone know what mod caused this crash?

Got all my new mod list up n running; just testing things out, so far so good.

Right before the crash I encountered a female "Outlaw" on the road and 2 Imperial soldiers on either side of her, not doing anything; his weapon was drawn, when i approached the game crashed. last thing in my log was...

I have interesting NPC's in stalled, Immersive Patrols, Radiance and Sands of Time; ASIS is not currently installed. I have deadly combat running and did notice the Deadly_combat PISE patch was running even though I thought I disabled it... not sure if that would at all be related.
