No, currently there isn't a mod out, that allows you to wear 2 rings.

There are quite a few that allow unlimited rings, but none that restrict it to just two as far as I know.

Oh, there are some that allow you wear multiple rings, like unique rings in the world. Thus, no need to craft anything.
