Anyone play the X Space games?

What are your opinion on them? I've only played X3: REunion, and I love the whole sand-box aspect and the dog-fighting space battles, and slowly building up an economic empire. The graphics are still great seven years after it was first released!

I heard it is a command pod that attaches to ships as seen in District 9
