Anyone think Bard class is needed?

The reason for this post is because in DAoC Mythic disabled mounts on the frontier so the Bard with motivational song to speed a groups march speed might be very desirable in Cyrodiil if they go the same route as Mythic did with DAoC.

I bet you will be able to mirror a bard with one of the classes. This game is going to have really diverse builds.

Oh I can sing on teamspeak to demoralize the enemy

Bard doesnt fit their concept of cool classes I think, theres just not enough ultimate abilities except lute-whacking-frenzy

I think you're confusing TES' bards with bards of MMOs.

Most MMO bards are based on D&D's bard class, which uses songs and such to give combat buffs/debuffs.

TES Bards are basically wandering singers, who specailize in a few combat-oriented skills, such as short blade, illusion, and any form of persuasion.
