I was thinking the other day while playing Street Fighter IV how epic it would be if somebody who was good enough managed to put Akuma into Skyrim, with it looking like him (but photo realistic not cel shaded). Imagine there being a quest where your summoned to the top of a huge mountain by a voice calling you, so you follow your quest marker and get to the top of it and Akuma is standing there surrounded by dead dragons, he initiates you in dialogue something along the lines of 'You are the Dragonborn!? Let me put your name to the test, prepare yourself; for I will teach you the meaning of pain!' and then he engages you in combat. It'd be epic if somebody could actually mod in Shoryuken's and Tasumaki's as actual moves for him, obviously his Gohadouken's would be quite easy with the magic system.

If you are capable of beating him (he should be ridiculously hard to beat even on easy) he could undergo the Werewolf transformation animation and turn into Oni, initiating you into dialogue again, maybe something along the lines of 'Pathetic creature, I am not yet finished!' and then he fights you yet again and when his HP falls below 20% he could initiate you in dialogue again and during which he could attack you with the 'Wrath of the Raging Demon' which blacks your screen out and you wake up in The Throat of the World after being saved by Parthunaax or in Cloud Ruler Temple if you were biased towards The Blades during the main questline.

It's just an idea, really makes me wish I knew how to mod because I'd do this in a heartbeat.

How to tell you this... Open the CK, get yourself acquainted with it for five minutes. Then do the same with 3D Studio MAX, do some tutorials. Specially on animation... What I'm trying to say is that either you do it (learning hos to be a full skilled proficient modder in the process), or it doesn't get done. There's always the hope that some crazy Japanese guy did read this and felt inspired, but I wouldn't bet on it.
