I bought a new 360 over the holidays because my 20gid didn't cut it anymore (try playing Skyrim + DLCs off a memory stick!). The 250gb model came with a Skyrim download code. I assume its the base game, and since I already am a proud owner of Skyrim and all its DLCs (I just started Dragonborn but its pure win thus far), I have no use for the code.
