Anyway to move camera around with character casting?

Anyway to take a screenshot of your character casting a spell while in flying camera?I can't control my character while in that mode. Can I freeze my character in time then move the camera?

If you are on PC then you can toggle the free cam by typing 'tfc' into the console

I am on PC and I can toggle the flying camera, but I want to get a pic of my character casting a spell and not just standing there. I want them actually doing something..

Have you tried holding down the "F" key?
