Hello,

I'm level 85 enchanting and have all five of the Enchanter perks meaning all my enchantments will be 100% stronger than the base value. This works fine for any weapon enchantments I can do but when I try to use apparel enchantments they don't increase properly. For example, if I go to do a Fortify Archery enchantment it increases from 13% only to 20% rather than at least 26%. Another example if I go to use Resist Magic it goes from 8% to 12%.

This happens at many different altars but occasionally fixes itself but then goes wrong again a short while later. This isn't something confined to having all 5 Enchanter perks either as this was occuring when I had only 4 of them as well. As I like enchanting things this is affecting my gameplay. It's something I've had for a while and hasn't been fixed in any previous patches. I had this up on UESP for a while but no-one responded so I thought I'd try here.

Let me know if there's anything anyone needs. Any advice, ideas of things to try or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone's suffered a similar problem and has/hasn't fixed it drop it on here too
