For some reason once I fresh instal of windows on my old PC skyrim has begun stuttering now. Its exactly the same phenomenon as I have seen in previous versions of the game engine. Perfectly smooth frame rate but once every couple of seconds the game just drops a frame or two regardless of where I am or what I am looking at. I have never known anyone to really be able to fix this problem once it strikes and it makes the game practically unplayable...

Does anyone here know a solution to fix this?
