EA appreciation thread. (Sarcasm.)

Post » Tue Jul 31, 2012 12:06 pm

[sarcasm] This thread is dedicated to EA, the best company in the Video game industry ever. They have done a good job delivering good quality games like EA sports every year. And deserves their hard earned money. This video is a tribute To Electronic arts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-LE0ycgkBQ
[sarcasm]

Alright. The point of this thread is to share my opinion about how big time publishers like EA and activisions are ruining potentially good franchises. And the prices for these DLCs are extremely outrages. Imagine EA somehow buying out Bethesda and owns the rights to their games. You see that mountain over there? If you buy the day one mountain pack, you can explore it!

I'm just a little pissed at how we are slowly losing more and more good quality games over these greedy publishers. Opinions?

I just love how they [censored] over companies! And make us require Origin for all new PC games! It's all just so lovely!

I don't play too many EA games. I think Battlefield 3 is it, which I enjoy thoroughly. So I don't really have negative opinions of them.

They helped make Mass Effect and Dragon Age, therefor I respect them.

How are they different from any other gaming company that wants money?

I don't want to turn this into a heated rage thread. But They've bought out companies. Force them to make a game within a certain time limit. And eventually that same company goes down because of EA. I'm also not hating on EA. I've also criticizing other publishers as well.

I'm beginning to suspect that people that talk about hating EA a lot secretly love EA. Like, really love EA...and hate themselves for loving EA sooooo much. JAHO already, geez.

What I meant is that I wanted to share my opinions about these big publishers. But I don't want this to get closed because people turned this into a personal argument. I really svck at explaining.

If the companies actually cared about their products they wouldn't let themselves be bought out then.

I still respect Mass Effect and Dragon Age, although thats all I play from them so
