Archery in TESO

Why is it that mostly all of the content, (disregarding the CGI trailer), show no signs of archery. I really feel archery is a quite powerful force to be reckoned with, yet not a single clip of archery has been addressed... to my knowledge of course. It will really disappoint me and tons of other fans who love to use bows/crossbows or whatever projectile weapons there may be, if archery is not a main component in the combat system.

Well the recent Alliance Trailer showed a lot of it even though it was cinematic... Would be weird and disappointing if it wasn't in but I am sure it would be. Archery is a key skill/attack in every medieval game and the TES. I wouldn't worry.

I dont think you should worry about nerfs/buffs, that will come in patches after open beta and retail where the statistic will average out (or not, indicating bugs).

Right now its core bug fixes, they can worry about damage numbers later

It probably won't be too pretty. Last I heard there will be target locking, so the arrows will chase the target you've attacked instead of hitting targets in real time. While regretful, I don't see any other way around it in a MMO. Arrows are not bullets and real time combat with bows won't work as well in a MMORPG as guns would work in a MMOFPS/TPS.
