I want to marry the person who gives the most cash from their shop each day. What is the most lucrative mate of each gender? Or are they all the same amount?

Also, do you collect once per day but ONLY if you see your wife? Or if you go off for 30 days and come back, will you have 30 days worth of earnings? Or just 1 day?
