Are ducks selfish?

Post » Sun May 13, 2012 9:51 am

So i ditched all my "friends" because i felt they were using me

now the only living things that have been visiting me for the past couple of years are a family of ducks

i feed them everyday

fresh bread

are they using me? or do they see me as friend/master?

The real question is why would a raven care about this?

They see you as a food dispenser.

Most likely explanation.

Although, I am guessing that you could be their master since you are the one feeding them, but they probably have other sources of food.

So to become their master you need to cut off their other food sources.

You should sit down and have a talk with them. See if they have any plans for where your relationship is going. If they're just coasting along because they haven't found anyone better, you should break it up now and save yourself the grief later.

You're the guy that happens to be there when the bread shows up. You must be there for the bread too.

They're surely trying to guilt trip you into giving them more food.
