So far, i have seen the 18 skills which comprise of many perks within each of them.
However, the total number of these perks doesn't amount to 280.

so where are the remaining may i ask?

The missing 30 have not been discussed by Beth (so far that i can find) and I have looked

I really hope that they are quest perk rewards but we have no way of knowing if those 30 were just cut
