Are the screenshots released so far from the current gen version or the Next-gen version?

yepp. but those screenshots are definetly from the demo mentioned above. Thats the only material they have shown so far.

I guess we will see more and next gen stuff at E3

You should also keep in mind it's not finished, and I think it's pretty obvious the game has alot of polishing to be done, so don't think the game will look as bad as the preview screenshots. It will most likely look somewhat more refined.

Some of the screenies look even a bit terrible, so they use a noise pattern to keep attention from it
