I'd like to see what businesses people refuse to go to on these forums.

For me, It's Wal-Mart, Papa John's, Chick-Fil-A, and Hobby Lobby (If I actually knew where one was, I'd refuse to give them my cash).

Anyone else?

I try to avoid McDonalds whenever possible, but sometimes I'm just too hungry.

I can't not go into a Wal-Mart. They have everything I ever need and there's always pretty girls that work at the check-out lanes.

I'll never give my business to the IRS. I'm never doing my taxes again!

No not really, but I don't like purchasing products from Apple, and Nestle to some degree.

"Is it worth getting this for __ dollars cheaper knowing the abuse the workers go through?"

Very easy.

Nestle? You purposefully avoid chocolate greatness like Crunch bars?

I don't understand the Nestle thing either. I'd like to hear the reasoning behind that one.

I love my iPhone 5.

I tend to boycott individual businesses.

For example, the other day I went to lunch with my GF. The service and food was terrible. I told the management that I would never be back because of the way the place has gone down hill (I used to be a regular).

The only way a business will change the way it does things is if the customers stop putting up with what they do.

Nestle has a bad rep for Baby Formula. They would use deceptive practices to get the mothers to try the formula, usually by giving it away a two weeks supply. After telling these women that their milk was not good enough to raise kids with. You know, the same milk that raised thousands of years of humans. Well, by that time, the mom will stop producing milk if she does not nurse for two weeks. Bam, a captive customer for baby formula.

Sounds like stuff the cigarette companies used to do.
