There is the Elder Scrolls Artwork and Fanfiction forum, but that mostly seems devoted to board focused RP threads. I'm sure if you go on google and search "skyrim rp blog" or even "skyrim blog".

I also post on skyrimforums.org and they have an fanfiction forum, but I haven't read any of it yet.
