Before people gets any bad ideas. Romance is a way to explain that something has Love in it. Love is a strong feeling for someone. If you think Romance and Loves only means the bad S-Word from advlt Content crap then shut up and leave because that is disrespectful and I am not pleased.

I am looking for mods that expands marriages and allows you do more things with your spouse, that isn't stupid advlt content crap. Things I am looking for is maybe actually having a chat with your spouse, hugging them and things to that nature. This has been in my mind lately because that is one of the disappointments I have in Skyrim and wish to see if there are any Mods that can expand marriages without doing something that I don't want....

Now, I feel sick from the thought...

There's this mod called "Gabby" but it's not yet a romance mod. The mod author stated that the Gabby companion will become a romance companion later on. So if you want a romance mod, I don't know of one but if you're willing to wait, Gabby is a great mod and it's fully voiced so keep it in your tracking center like me.

It doesn't yet, though; and I don't guarantee hugs. For god's sake, don't google 'Skyrim Romance Mods.' You'll get nvde mods and prosttutes.

Two problems. I am Gay so I prefer to marry another guy. 2ndly, I prefer to marry someone of the same race as my own. Though I do love the idea of "Hunting Together" and would be able to do that cause I got this one mod that allows you to turn your followers into werewolves. And I would count it as romantic, if you ask me. Being with someone you love is romantic in general.

I don't know of any such romance mods as of yet, though.

I am looking for a romance Mod too. I dont need marriage if your spouse (female or male , that doesnt count) just is sitting around, giving you money and cooking. I have a follower for over 100 hours and I married her via console. After the marriage she was so emotion - and lifeless, that I decided to load an old save game. I was so highly dissapointed.
Where are the flower people? We need love, not war!

At the moment, Gabby acts pretty much like any other follower you can marry once her quest is done. We do indeed want to expand the romance, but we can only say it will be released when it'll be done. I really could not say today when this will be done.

Maybe not in line with what is asked for here, but without making a new thread, I wonder if having a child is something that could be modded in, not graphically whatsoever for the "creation" to keep people happy, but I wonder if it would be possible to model and render a changing pregnancy where a belly grows. I suppose the downfalls would be a potential moral outcry because I suppose it would allow you to harm a pregnant woman, as well as no actual baby model, it would have to be made from scratch, or start out at 10 or 11. Interesting thought though, raising a family makes for interesting RP. I know I would have lot more concern for my follower if it was my grown son/daughter.

There is a mod adding pregnancy in Skyrim, search the Nexus for "preg" mod. I cannot link because there is nudity.

There is also a mod, Dovakhiin jr, that adds a child to vanilla house (I don't remember which).

Is the second Mod available on the nexus? Searched, but did not found. The first adds pregnant women, but I would like to have indeed something which could be added to your spouse and to have a child. Maybe it would give the Marriage System a little more life.

Personally, the only Child Mod I want is one that adds Children of all 10 races and not just the 4 human ones.
