Are you happy now?

It was easy to speculate what each was going to be about but how the story was going to play out was still a mystery.I'm glad that we finally have a release date and more on each DLC.

happy, not really. it's 2 weeks away. 5 months for a second dlc release is unheard of, and imo, a great way to allow people to lose interest. but atleast we do have a date now, hopefully it doesn't get pushed back. i will be "happy" after i download it, and playing it.

I play on xbox it's been 5 months for us but only 3 for other systems. We got the early release but we have to wait the longest, it makes sence. Now we get one about every month, it's awsome.

So Your plan is to torch the man who was already set on fire and thrown into the highly dangerous grand canyon (and survived) and got the nickname The Burned Man if it it didn't work the first time i doubt it will work now if you want to kill him i suggest shooting him a lot if anything :gun:

I can deal with buggy games/updates but the poor public relations is a joke. Clearly the game industry could benefit from having a Public Relations department or at least fire those responsible for the lame P.R.

i don't understand how they'd pick "may 17th" for the dlc release date. that's the day that brink, la noire, the witcher2, and lego pirates all come out. ok, kinda kidding about lego pirates, but these are all huge titles, including pirates. why not make the release date for HH a day or 2 earlier than these? i will definetly still choose HH for my may 17th purchase, but if the date gets pushed back too far, i'm on the witcher. it seems to me it will have ill effect on HH and possibly future dlc purchases . oh well, it's on them (who ever the hell that is).

They are required to release it on May 17th because it is the day when the PSN/Live Box update (around). I'm buying L.A. Noire and the DLC Honest Hearts and Dead Money (if the PSN is up). If the dlc is not released on May 17th people may lose interest in the dlc content for fallout altogether. I don't think they will push it back (unless they push the psn content back because the psn is not up). Looking forward to the story and not just the unique area of the game. Hoping for new creatures...since Old World Blues will probably deal with the creation of the Radscorpions or exiting creatures.

i definetly agree with you about people finally losing interest all together,if HH is pushed back further. i will get all NV dlc no matter what, because i "love" the FA series, but i shouldn't, because of the crap they're putting us through. but as far as may 17 goes, XBL seems to update their dlc like every other day. i'm on there almost everyday. i'm sure there's variations that i don't know about tho. i'm actually looking forward towards the unique area of the game, not necessarily the story(already gave up on that). always hoping for new creatures/enemies and allies.

Does anyone else sometimes forget Dead money was the first DLC? It always puzzles me that Honest Hearts is 5 months apart from it.

That is a crazy statement. Unless your an average joe you will get the DLC eventually whenever the date it comes out unless Obsidian did something stupid in the DLC and you'll wait until the price drops.

I think they pushed Honest Hearts back because of the patch
