I love how this game is looking, please add arena and duels please!!!

duels are likely to be added. No word on Arenas. If arenas are added they will likely not be like WoW's as they seem to not want to make this an esport style game.

This sounds amazing.

Combine this with varying map layouts and match styles, such as last man standing, king of the hill, capture the flag, in addition to Oblivion style 1 on 1, and Id pay a sub just to watch the matches.

That's how I want arena to be!

Due to the Imperial City probably being in a perpetual state of chaos and warfare I don't think an organized dueling arena would be feasible in that location. However maybe a specific area just outside Cyrodiil, or some other secluded place could host an arena where warriors and spectators form all three factions could enjoy.

Duels are certain future, I still havent understood why they are not adding such great arena system like Oblivions, Somethink easy to do but somethink that would increase game quality alot.

Duels, in my opinion, are a necessity.

I dont think anyone should control the arena. Everyone should get an equal chance to participate.

They said they don't want [censored] to do with any sort of possible attempt at e-sports, but some sort of Oblivion-style arena could definitely happen.

Arenas and duels should imo be in Cyrodiil only.

practicing duelling in Cyrodiil = practicing for war

arenas could be for people who want 1vs1 vs players and or PvE monsters ala oblivion arena.

but i think arena 1vs1 with audience should be ingame, with a bidding system on the side (something that cannot be abused).

There are many arenas in tamriel aside from the one in the imperial city. There's at least one on vvardenfell, two in cyrodiil, at least one in skyrim, though it didn't appear in the game, several in Hammerfell etc.
