Argonian mammaries?

Post » Tue Nov 20, 2012 4:10 am

Hey forum!

I am reasonably sure this has already been said before, but it irks me so greatly that I cannot leave it be:

Why do argonian females have briasts?

It just looks so incredibly silly! Couldn't they think of any other way to make them look feminine? How about simply giving them smoother, less rough features, less spiky scales and, well, less spikes in general?

For example: what if males had features/skin/scales similar to a chameleon, whereas females looked more like skinks?

What's your thoughts?

Skinks? More like [censored] amirite?

But seriously, I think it's good to have something to distract me from looking at their faces. Because those faces...

Uhm, hmm... *furrows brow*

That would be a rather regressive way to solve the problem (if one considers their appearance to be unsatisfactory), wouldn't it? :P

Maybe they could come with a standard-issue bag over their head at character creation?

But what will distract from the male's faces? Will they get huge briasts, too?

Bag-for-a-head sounds like a nice Argonian name  Or an Earthworm Jim villain.
I don't remember seeing helmets that cover the whole face, but I hope they exist.
Too bad Argonians won't get customized helmets, they're probably flat-faced for that reason.

About the lizard briasts; there are probably male-version and female-version of every armor type,
and for some reason, giving a female of any given species the male-version would just be weird or something.
I mean, how would you be able to tell their gender if the females didn't have bazongas?

I take it you're not a biologist?

I'm not, but this is a fantasy videogame and any subtetly regarding lizard anatomy went out the window with Morrowind.
Wouldn't surprise me if that's what developers think; that people aren't able to tell genders apart without the wonder twins present.
Boob windows are further evidence of this.

Whatever the developers might think, I'm asking for -your- opinion :)

Do you think you would be able to tell them apart without the wonder twins?
Do you think it looks ridiculous, or not?

Just because it is a fantasy setting doesn't mean we should throw logic out of the window, and even if he might have done so in the past I think it would be a good idea to go outside and bring it back, perhaps giving it an apolagetic hug in the process.

With the way the "war" is set up, logic is already among the casualties, I'm afraid.

But to answer your questions: Yes, I think I would be able to tell them apart (they would need some type of secondary six characteristics tho),
and yes, I do think it looks ridiculous.

Regarding the Khajiit, let's not go there :yuck:

It may be injured, but it ain't dead yet! Please, let us nurse it back to health, I think we would miss it dearly if it died, even as sickly and crippled it may be.

Many species have different colors depending on gender. How about pink for the females? :P

(I kid, of course. But different color schemes is one way to reinforce it, no?)
