I just wanted to draw your attention quickly to this : http://elderscrollsotr.mymiddleearth.com/files/2012/10/NordMillNight.png.
It's a screenshot of 'Bleak Mill' in Skyrim, but the only strange part is the fact that the character in the screenshot is an Argonian.
Very strange, considering the faction-lock yabba, so I'm wondering, is this PvP or what?
If it's in Cyrodiil, it may be the side of Cyrodiil that borders with Skyrim and thus the Argonian can get there.
But if not, then I dunno really.
Not a big thing, just wanted to raise awareness.

Well Skyrim is part of the Ebonheart Pact last I looked, and that includes Nords, Dunmer, and Argonians in the Pact so he is actually allowed to be there...

They're in the same faction

Ebonheart= Dunmer + Argonian + Nord

Didnt read the entire thread cause it would take for forever but, they're the same faction

Maybe the OP had played elder scrolls games before or at least seen the map of tamriel and knew how stupid the alliance between nords, dunmers and argonians is and forgot that it is actually a thing in this game.
