Armor Cap, No perks smitharmor. Possible?

So my current character is a necromage. Alchemy, Enchant, Smithing all around level 50-60. Using smithing enchanted gear with a smithing potion(that was buffed by alchemy enchanted gear) I just upgraded my Ebony Bow and Glass Helmet that were already legendary. So I'm already in at least Tier 2 Legendary with no perks in smithing.

So here is my thought. With the three skills around 50-60 I was able to achieve the second level of legendary. How many levels into Legendary am I going to be if I get all three skills to 100 especially since Alchemy and Enchant will continue to buff each other(and Necromage buffs them even more)? Could I achieve the max armor rating without putting any perks into smithing or armor(light or heavy)? I imagine I would have to be wearing deadric to come close to pulling this off. Now I know I will at least put one perk into raising heavy armor protection(so 20%) because I want the weightless heavy armor perk which is further up the skill tree.

Has anyone done this, or know the math needed to figure it out?

When I get all three to 100 with alchemy and enchant full perked(the ones that matter at least) I'll let you know the results. My character is currently wearing robes, with light armor boots, helmet, gauntlets and is very good at not getting hit. So I haven't felt the need to put any perks into armor, but it would be nice to know that I don't need to if in fact I don't. These are perks I would like to put into something fun that I wasn't planning to do like the perk for decapitations, the pickpocket perks just for changing people's cloths, etc.

* Not using restoration glitch... With that you could probably get a pair of hide boots to the armor cap, and run around essentially naked with max armor.
