Ballista Bolt (not a bolt, presumably so people without DG can still use it) Dam = 12
Nordic Arrow 14
Riekling Spear 10
Stahlrim Arrow 20

Armor
Bonemold is heavy
Chitin is light and heavy
Stahlrim is light and heavy
Nordic is heavy
Deathbrand is light
Morag Tong is light

There are 3 new masks? I tihnk, Ahzidal (fire), Dukaan (frost) and Zahkriisos (shock)

Yes, but unconventionally: As arrows without fletching, which is pretty silly really, but then again, it's a fantasy game!

Kinda like in Darksouls, you can fire spears from your bow in Dragonborn..though in Darksouls they're more like steel lances than spears but still, no fletchlings. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/xZ_KXxlSd48/0.jpg

Only bow, becasue they're not marked as "Not Arrow" (bolt)
This is presumably so it doesn't have a dependance on Dawnguard, which added cbows

No they're not. Not everytihng in the gamejam video is to be/can be added in the game.

32-35 base rating for the Cuirass depending on if it's improved, stolen from a guard, etc.

Unenchanted Cuirasses:
Stahlrim (Heavy): 46
Nordic Carved (Heavy): 43
Chitin Heavy: 40
Deathbrand (Light): 39
Stahlrim Light: 39
Improved Bonemold(Heavy): 35
Bonemold (Heavy): 32
Chitin (Light): 30
Morag Tong (Light): 26

Deathbrand increases stats by X for each piece of Deathbrand you wear.
