I am wearing the railroad armored coat mk I, a pair of black rimmed glasses and a military cap as my standard gear.

When i try to switch gear to something else, like the courser uniform, my railroad coat is still on when i look at my char in third person, and the courser uniform is on as well, they kind of melt into one another.
Same goes for the cap and glasses, it's like they are a part of my characters body. Even though they are not equipped they are still visibel in third person. Doesnt even help if i throw them out of my inventory.

Just like all other buggy things that happen...try reloading a previous save and see if it helps..

Oh, forgot to say, i'm on xbox one.

What happens when you quit the game/restart the system?

Reload an earlier save?

Reinstalled the game, that fixed it. Thanks lads!
