I was looking at a forum topic that had a full pic of the first dragonborn and it looks like an armored robe(dragonbone). I am sure not the only person that noticed it but it would be cool if they added some armored robes for mages(even though I don't really play as a Mage)

Its probably the Chitin Armor.
