When I got out of a cave I saw Arniel's shade walking around casually. He has dialogue and recognizes me as the Archmage. Maybe if I summon a new one he will fade... nope, he still there. The summon's supposed to last 60 seconds but this one doesn't seem to fade at all. He is not my follower. I tried fast traveling but found him walking down the road. I wonder where he's going.
