I need some help, on the first quest, when escaping from the dragon, I got shot by an arrow, it was lodged in my shoulder until I changed my armor and it went away, then later on, I got shot by another 2 arrows, these 2 were lodged in both my eye and my forehead, and I can't seem to get them out through changing armor, waiting, etc.

Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, know how to fix it?

Yeah Ive had it a few times you just need to keep playing and they go away eventually,theres no way to fix it until they patch the game.
