I've been wondering this awhile. Why are there always arrows showing up in my inventory?
I've never even used a bow, and I've never picked up arrows. Does my body absorb every
arrow that hits me?

they appear to be ones you get "hit" with by enemies.

It has to be arrows you're getting hit by, perhaps when the arrow fades and and disappears it's added to your inventory. I've never noticed this happening before, but I also keep a variety of arrows, and a bow on my character.

That's great! I don't know why it is pleasing to know that arrows that stick in your body don't just disappear, but it just feels more realistic. Granted, realistic isn't what I demand of fantasy games.

I've noticed the same thing. My character is an archer and I only keep specific arrows. Lately, I have been finding single Falmer arrows mixed in with all my other weapons. I never thought it was a bug though, I thought I was losing my mind since I couldn't remember how I got them!

It is not a bug, you are supposed to absorb every other arrow ect and keep it, Oblivion and Morrowind both did the same thing, maybe Daggerfall cannot remember. But yeah it is not a glitch
